Rega Mercury & Solis have landed

Rega’s new reference amplification duo – Mercury preamplifier and Solis power amplifier – are creating quite a stir in the hifi world, with rave reviews pouring in daily. So, we are thrilled that our demo units have arrived and are warming up beautifully in our listening room.
We are running the combo with Linn Klimax DSM source and Spendor D7.2 floorstanders and the system is sounding terrific. Separate chassis allows the low voltage sensitive circuitry in Mercury to be isolated from the high current power amplifier circuitry in Solis, reducing interference between the two; leading to a less noisy signal path, cleaner signal and, ultimately, better performance.
